Facilitator, Coach, Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, currently I deliver as a performance, workshop and learning programme facilitator and mindset coach, working with senior leaders, managers and front line sales teams. The signature programme is Sales Leadership development delivered to the 46 businesses within Fletcher Building. As a facilitator, the main focus is to develop skills for account managers, B2B sales teams, building sales skills, negotiation skills, account management, forecasting, budgets and industry opportunities. SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, sales pipeline and funnel planning and nurturing and hunting sales skills.
Learning Designer, Coach and Facilitator
As a Strategy Consultant, working with National Sales Manager, developed a annual sales strategy plan. Then designed a Performance Matrix to support development and success planning for BDM's. I design and built a Sales competency framework and sales process model, tailored to the business and the way the BDM's engaged in the sales process. This formed the base, on which I designed and delivered a virtual Sales Skills Development Programme. As an outcome, a number of new clients were onboarded following the programme.


Learning Design, Facilitator and Performance Coach
Delivered a comprehensive sales and technical Induction training programme to new sales recruits into the retail network. The programme was extremely successful, with results showing that the new sales people achieved 300% of target in their first 90-days. And were in the top 25% quartile of all sales teams across the network in New Zealand.
The programme won a Merit Award from HRINZ Annual Awards.

Facilitator, DISC Profiler, Coach
Facilitated sales manager programmes both virtually and in person, focused on elevating team performance including various strategies. Leader coaching with each sales and branch managers to assist with developing skills and positive approaches to engage and embed effective sales routines with their teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
